GUILLAUME MARQUIS

Guillaume mainly intervenes in corporate and business law and litigation. He advises and assists French and foreign companies and their managers as well as entrepreneurs and startups.

EDUCATION

Guillaume graduated from the universities of Queen Mary of London (LL.M in Business Law), Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Master of Private International Law) and Trinity College Dublin (Master in European Law). Guillaume is also a former auditor at The Hague Academy of International Law.
