FEES

In accordance with the ethical rules of the legal profession, and in order to ensure cost control, the firm’s fees are fixed in advance, through a fee agreement, in full transparency with clients.

Depending on the time spent on the case and in accordance with the ethical rules of the legal profession, the firm may offer different billing methods.

Flat-rate fees : when the nature of the case allows it, we offer flat-rate fees which set overall and in advance the cost of lawyers’ services. Any service not provided for is subject to invoicing outside the package.

Time spent fees : for cases where it is impossible to establish a fixed budget in advance or complex legal arrangements, the firm offers fee agreements on time spent.

Subscription : we can also offer subscriptions as part of a permanent assistance agreement or for recurring questions and needs. The terms of the subscription are defined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the customer’s needs.

Contingency fees : if the nature of the case allows it, we may also offer a variable fee depending on the result (amounts obtained or saved). In accordance with Law No. 91-647 of July 10, 1991, the contingency fee can only be a supplement to fixed fee or to time spent fee.
