In accordance with the ethical rules of the legal profession, and in order to ensure cost control, \n the firm’s fees are fixed in advance, through a fee agreement, in full transparency with clients.<\/p>\n\n

Depending on the time spent on the case and in accordance with the ethical rules of the legal \n profession, the firm may offer different billing methods.<\/p>\n\n

Flat-rate fees :<\/b> when the nature of the case allows it, we offer flat-rate fees which set overall \n and in advance the cost of lawyers’ services. Any service not provided for is subject to invoicing outside \n the package.<\/p>\n\n

Time spent fees :<\/b> for cases where it is impossible to establish a fixed budget in advance or complex \n legal arrangements, the firm offers fee agreements on time spent.<\/p>\n\n

Subscription :<\/b> we can also offer subscriptions as part of a permanent assistance agreement \n or for recurring questions and needs. The terms of the subscription are defined on a case-by-case basis, \n depending on the customer’s needs.<\/p>\n\n

Contingency fees :<\/b> if the nature of the case allows it, we may also offer a variable fee depending \n on the result (amounts obtained or saved). In accordance with Law No. 91-647 of July 10, 1991, \n the contingency fee can only be a supplement to fixed fee or to time spent fee.\n <\/p>\n \n <\/div>\n \n
